Diving deep into user needs and behaviours before a single pixel is drawn — so every design decision is grounded in evidence, not assumption.
Translating research into intuitive, visually refined interfaces — from early flows and wireframes to polished, high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
Building scalable component libraries and working side-by-side with developers to make sure what ships matches what was designed — pixel for pixel.
Post-launch, the work isn't done. I refine experiences continuously using analytics, feedback loops and experimentation to keep improving outcomes.

I'm a UX designer with an unusually diverse path. My career began in the skies as a flight attendant for a five-star airline, where I learned to read people, anticipate needs before they're spoken, and stay graceful under pressure — the exact instincts that now shape my user-centred design work.

Bridging physical and digital worlds, my experience spans retail design, digital products and content creation — including a YouTube channel with over one million views on health, fitness and careers. That taught me how to simplify complex ideas and hold an audience's attention.
Today I merge all of these perspectives to craft intuitive digital experiences that genuinely connect with people — blending deep empathy, clear communication and strategic thinking.
