The making of Vocab Go

How do you transform language learning into an engaging, immersive experience?

Learning a new language can be frustrating and time-consuming, requiring commitment, repetition and structured practice. Many learners struggle to retain vocabulary and stay motivated, making traditional methods feel overwhelming.

Vocab Go was designed to tackle these challenges by understanding how people learn best. Through careful research, we explored ways to make vocabulary acquisition more intuitive, engaging and efficient.

Eight screens that make learning stick

As the lead designer, I owned the learning experience across multiple-choice questions, search and flashcard creation — collaborating with research, product, engineering and leadership to build a seamless, high-performing learning tool.
