Makro Pro

I worked as a lead designer on a project for Makro Pro, a wholesale e-commerce platform similar to Costco. The goal was to rebrand and redesign their existing iOS application, as well as improve the user experience and increase successful checkouts. Based on research, we identified that the Search, Basket, and Checkout flows were causing users to drop off and not complete their purchases.

Impact to the business

  1. Sale continued to increas over the last week (31 March 2023), with GMV averaging at 16.8M THB/ day or 486,000 US and order at 3.7k/day

  1. Users increased up to 60% and highest at 67%
