AIA Group Limited, Asia's largest life insurer, is a Hong Kong-based multinational insurance and finance corporation comparable to Manulife Financial, Canada's largest insurance provider.

As an AIA agent, iPad is part of the selling insurance in front of the client. However, agents avoided the existing sales tool due to its inefficiencies and limitations, so they used alternative methods for managing customer data and sales processes.

  1. Conversion rate increased : The iPos app significantly improved conversion rates for agents by providing a centralized platform to store and access data effortlessly.
  2. Onboarding time reduced : The user-friendly interface made it easy for new agents to learn and navigate the app without additional offline training.
  3. Close sale faster : The streamlined processes and the iSign feature and real-time tailor-made quotations minimized the time spent on submission, tracking, and closing sales, while making it easier to track applications after sending them to the office.
